First of all, I tend to sit with my lets crossed (Indian style)
Ive never had a problem before, but the last few days ill be sitting with my leg either tilted out, crossed, or even bending down and ill get a very sharp pulsing pain in my hip. It feels like its my bone, whether it be grinding or pinching a nerve. Walking normally doesnt hurt.
Ill be sitting on the couch and it just starts intensely pulsing like every few secs for about 20 secs.
I cant afford to go to the dr at the moment. Thats not the answer im looking for. Im wondering if there are exercises or movements that i can do to help my problem. I run around ALOT at work and its effecting me......
im young and im not over weight.
