I have had a steadily increasing pain in my heel on the bottom of my foot (not the back by the achille's tendon), like I am stepping on something hard whenever I walk and it's a dull ache all the time, even when resting for the last few weeks. It doesn't seem to be brought on by anything in particular. I don't have plantar faciitis, I don't think, because it's localized in one area, not broad across my whole foot. I don't remember any injury or trauma to my foot. What else could it be? Serious answers only please
