Sharp pain in my chest?

ok long story short and please dont waste time making queries over how this happened but i got hit in the chest by a pen that had such a force on it that it actually snapped
this was no weak pen it was made of strong plastic
ever since then theres been a sharp pain everytime i stretch or bend down
there is no bruising there at all
