I feel it on the left side of my boob and feel pain in my upper back while I breathe. I also feel my throat kinda closing and breathing gets difficult. What could this be? I'm scared!!

You should go to the doctor.
It could be mild pneumonia, allergies, lung infection, asthma, anxiety.
Just go get it checked up cause it can be a number of different things.
