First off I'm a competitive cheerleader. My back problems began right after one of the coaches stretched my scorpion too far and hurt my back. That was back in May or June.
Now every time I do a front walkover, back bend kickover, back walkover or back handspring I get a sharp pain in my lower back.
It keeps me from doing very well and I end up having to stop working on my tumbling because it hurts too much.
I'm not sure if its serious and I should go see a doctor or if it will just heal over time?
