Today i started to get this sharp pain in the left side of my lower back. It comes and goes and when it comes its an either sharp or dull pain, like stabbing and sometimes it feels like i'm being hit there. Its weird. And i've been getting really dull pains on the left side of my abdomen, around my hip bone. They aren't as frequent. I have been exercising lately, but i don't know if that could be a possible cause. Does anyone have a clue what this could be? I'm worried.
