Sharp pain in lower back down that goes down to mid thy and mid calf!!?

okay so i'm 15 (just felt like letting you know), a couple of days ago i was fine, but now when ever i bend over to far pain flares up in my lower back on the right side, and when the pain there happens, it flares up in my mid thy and calf on the right leg, but it doesn't happen all down the leg, only in certain spots......it's always the same spots

i kinda didn't think of it as much since i sometimes get lower back pain, but it's been there every time i do something that involves bending or moving a certain way, even while i'm sleeping.......

i haven't had any injuries or things like that which i could link the pain to....

if i need to include anything else just ask and i'll put it in ^_^

any ideas about what's wrong???
