sharp pain in left side goes away in seconds?

i keep getting a sharp pain in my left side and not sure what it is and if it is serious it goes away in seconds its been doing it for 2 days now and it dont do it very ofter i dont have insurance to go to the doctor so i was wondering if anyone would know if i should go to the doctor or if its not serious enough to go
