Sharp pain in left side back and shoulder after eating?

For the last month, i've had sharp pain that gets worse after I eat. It is located in my back on the left side and also in my shoulder. When I breathe in, it gets worse. I had an abdominal CT and that was all normal. I'm going back to the doctor in a week, but am wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be? I aslo had chest xrays and those were fine.

I had a blood test for my pancreas and my liver and it was also normal.
