Sharp pain in left lung?

Hi there..just now when i woke up my lung started hurting really bad, on the left side, it only happens when i breathe deep.

also an hour or so before bed my mom did my nails with acrylic stuff. and just before bed i had eaten some food and it made me sick.

could i have strained to hard or something???
please help it hurts so much
