For about the past 6 hours I have been experiencing a sharp pain in my left arm. It's my upper left arm, not far below my shoulder. The pain comes and goes and it only lasts for a second or two at a time. I took some tylenol about 4 hrs ago and the pain pretty much went away until just recently.
I don't have any other symptoms but I do suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so of course I have myself thinking that this is a heart attack. Should I be worried?
Oh, and I'm a 27 yr old female and am overweight.
