sharp pain in kidney ribcage area tired lightheaded Please Answer?

for some reason i had a really sharp pain in my left kidney ribcage area it starts then it stops then it starts and then it randomly stoped like after 20 or so mins and now it just feels weird im also tired and lightheaded ish i do have hypo..g....l....i....idk how to spell it its just when you get low blood suger and get ligheaded when you dont eat but ive eaten alot today i allso feel sick to my stoumich ive been takeing pills to get rid of a sinous infection but i dont thank thay have any erelivence because ive been takeing them for a few weeks now anyway can someone tell me what this maybe im a 15 year old female please no stupid answers like go to homeremidys.com because that allways pees me off D:<
