A few weeks ago I noticed my front left incisor had become more sensitive to biting and pressure and such. Hardly noticable at first. I put off the dentist due to money problems. Then on Thanksgiving out of no where one of the teeth, (second to last Molar that I had root canal on) started to have sharp pains. I made plans to see the dentist at the VA hospital on monday after that. Well Friday night the pain traveled from the molar to my Incisor with sharp pain ending at my Incisor twice and stopping. Then nothing at all. Then around 2am the pain came back only on my incisor and has stayed on that one tooth, and having a lot of pain with even the slightest pressure change up and down or side to side. Any guesses as to what is wrong. Could it be a cavity? Infection from root Canal traveling? Wisdom teeth? Or even a cavity that cant be seen and formed inside Insisor?
