I have been experiencing pain in my left foot for a little while, but thought nothing of it until now. Today, moved my foot kinda fast in an odd direction and i felt the sharpest pain ever in my foot. After it slowed down, i felt where the pain was coming from, and i felt something hard-ish. I tried to walk into the other room, but the pain started up again. As of now, the pain is gone. But i'm afraid it'll show up again.
