Due in March!

So im 32 weeks pregnant and have an apt set up for next Monday (i live on a Base in Turkey and getting apts is difficult) any way, I was wondering what you thought before i went to the OB next week. I have been having sharp pinching pain in my right breast, i feel no lumps it just hurts for a while on and off then will go a way for a day or two or maybe just a few hours. and i was wondering if anyone has had this issue before and had a chance to ask their OB. Thank you!!
