Hi I woke up this morning and had a sharp pain in my left breast, was fixated mostly at the nipple and my left breast feels quite tender in comparison to my right. It only lasted a few seconds and then went away but during the course of the day and even now I get the sharp pain again at intervals of varying length. It seems to affect me mostly while moving and when I'm still I don't really get the pain but my breast still feels a little bit tingly/burning.
I'm only 19 so have no idea what this could be, I don't have a GP as I've recently moved country and am having trouble getting a new GP set up. I have like spots but not actual spots on both breasts and have always had these but they appear to be more predominant on the left breast today.
I'm not on my period nor is it due for a few weeks so it is not premenstrual-related.
Any explanations or advice for my problem are greatly appreciated.
