Last night during work I was walking and all of the sudden felt a very sharp pain in the middle of my back to the right of my spine and the same pain in my right thigh about 5 inches above my knee. It's happened a handful of times and every time the pain only lasts for a second and its always that same spot on my back and my right leg simultaneously. Nothing seems to trigger it though. It happens when I'm walking and last night when I was falling asleep. It is a sharp pain and it is painful enough where it woke me up twice last night. I've scheduled an appointment with my doc but can't get in until next week. Anyone ever experience or have any professional knowledge on what this could be? Could it be a pinched nerve?
