sharp pain at the top of my back?

When I sit, I randomly get a sharp pain at the bottom of my neck/right on top of my back in the center. It doesn't matter how long I'll be sitting like that or if i'm slouched or not, it always happens at different times. It very sudden and slowly dulls down. Any clue what could cause this?
