I get these really sharp pains at the top of my spine/ bottom of my neck and sometimes it'll spread through out my whole back. It's mostly caused by looking down when reading at school or bending over a lot or things related to that. But sometimes, It'll just come out of nowhere and start hurting. What could this be? Thank you!
