Hi, im 16, male. I smoke cigarettes. I am barrel chested so my ribs stick out more than others. I have this sharp pain in the bottom of my left rib cage. It feels like its underneathe but i cannot tell. It hurts really bad when i lay down on my side or when i lay on my stomach, even when i suck in or take a deep breathe. It could be sore from sleeping in class and my rib just pushing against the desk. But all i know is that i am in pain alot. Please help
