Hi, I am 21w pregnant with baby 2
Last night I was up all night with a severe pain in my left hand side of my abdomen just before my hip bone.
It feels like my appendix is rupturing but on the other side (i've had a ruptured appendix so i know the pain)
I don't think it's contractions or anything like that, baby is still kicking, no blood or anything else, just a severe pain.
It's not ligament pain Had that, been there got the t-shirt.
It's highly unlikely baby is on a nerve either as she is kicking away in different places and is rolling around, so if it was that it would have gone when she moved.
I do have SPD, and a tilted pelvis, but the pain is much higher up than that pain so again i don't think it's linked to that!
I have suffered from ovarian cysts and I suppose the pain is similar to that - but what can I do about it?
Hot baths, not worked, water bottle, not worked, it's just so frustrating, i'm doubled over in pain at times, and the rest of the time I have my hand on the pain as that sort of relieves it for a few moments.
What could this be!??
I phoned my midwife who put me through to labour ward....
they ask "are you in labour" I say no, not at all just a pain blah blah blah and they say well take a paracetemol.
What use is that?!?!
Please ladies, I need a bit of help if you can x
