I've had lower abdomen pain for a while now, it's come and gone, and they've run numerous tests, everything came back normal except my Iron level which was quite low, they've run other tests to try and find the causes, but everything else is coming back normal, but now whenever I breathe in, i have sharp lower abdomen pain, and i've never felt anything quite like it. I don't have a fever, I don't have nausea ( at the moment. it comes and goes) and I don't have an ultrasound until Wednesday. I'm not too sure what this could be, or what i should even do.
It hurts when I press on it, but doesn't hurt as bad when i release.
