...now back on cerezette? I am suffering with lower abdominal left sided pain which is short and sharp. I had a missed miscarriage at my 12 week scan (sac stopped growing at 8 weeks) and had a d and c 2 weeks later as wasnt naturally miscarrying yet. I continued bleeding for 1 week following d and c and started taking cerezette again. I have been bleeding nearly every day since with the exception of a day or 2 here and there.
The day of the d and c I felt a sharp pain on my left side and this has regularly resurfaced for an instant every couple of days but was much more dull and I assumed it was my body getting back to normal (as was the bleeding) I also occassionally felt pain during sex in the same place (sharper but still very short)
It is now 8 weeks since the d and c and Ive been feeling the sharp pain much more often. It does not feel like cramp it feels like tooth ache kind of like when you touch a sensitive tooth on tinfoil. It really takes your breath away.
Today it is a little more constant and dull instead of short and sharp but there is the occassional sharp twinge. Ive been trying to get a doc appt but its the bank holiday weekend. I dont feel unwell (although i do have the cold) and the pain is very much bearable (if the sharp pain is constant i would really be struggling!) but just a big concern given the history.
Its only really became a concern in the last 2 days (managed 2 months without thinking there was anything wrong) and im sure its just paranoia and not as bad as I may think!
We are planning to try for a baby in 6 months time so want to ensure everything is ok! Any advice is much appreciated.
