Sharp fast chest pains?

I'm 20 years old and active. But during the summer one day I heard/felt something pop in my chest right where my heart is. Thats happen twice and both times for about a week or so after it hurt to do anything that required extra effort or moving fast. About a month ago I missed work (I just started in a factory assembling hoses)I missed 2 days on the first day I woke up and felt as if I was literally going to die,It took everything to move my chest and heart felt like they were being smashed unlike anything. Also my neck and back were on fire and hurt. My brain and head I could feel were very sore from something because it hurt and I almost blacked out from moving. I also for those 2 days had hot-chills and felt like I was gonna just stop breathing. I couldn't sleep,everytime I tried my body would wake me up by jerking my leg or something. I just wanna know if there is anyone that could help me. I'm fine now just sometimes when I work and I put in that extra effort I get over heated fast and my chest hurts again.
