I started practicing throwing the football long and hard the other day. I didn't feel any pain, but the next day when I went to throw the ball, I got this massive stinging pain like something was messed up bad in my elbow. I went the next day then I couldn't even throw 2 passes, and I had a huge throbbing and massive pain for an hour after. Now when I move my elbow too fast doing anything, I get a huge throbbing pain and my arm starts shaking. Do you know what could be wrong? Do I need to go to the Doctor? Please answer maturely.
