So just starting tonight, I was laying on the couch and all of a sudden I felt this uncomfortable pain in my chest, Like right in the center. It lasted for like 5 sec, and then when it stopped I got really dizzy and light headed. and then when I stood up to get something to drink, I got an even worse pain in my chest, and got light headed to the point where i had to sit down for a min. Im not sure if its something serious considering that this is the first time that it has happened in a while, Any ideas?
