K Kada G New member Jun 24, 2011 #1 My finace told me he's had on and off chest pain twice today. Sharp pain in the left side of his chest. Hes 24. What could it be? Heartburn? Something serious? He says it's not heartburn because he hasn't eatin anything yet. He's at work.
