Sharp burning pain in collar bone, back of the neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands.?

48 year old female.
Been about 2 weeks. The pain makes me light headed and dizzy, and I have trouble sleeping. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome as well as gastric reflux problems.
5'7" and 165 pounds.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
