Im 13 and i have a bone under my middle finger of the right hand that sticks out, not out of the skin but so that you can see it very clearly through the skin.
When you clench your fist and you knuckles go white and bulge thats what it looks like.
Its quite sore and its only on that hand.
What do u think???
