For several years, I've always had this sharp, odd pain in my right bicep. The pain also shoots to my right wrist as well. Whenever I massage the bicep in certain areas, the pain shoots to my wrist and it feels like ants are crawling all over my right arm. I'm unsure of what the cause of the pain may be. It hurts whenever I have my arm close to my body and I need to rotate my right arm in order to help aliviate the pain and stop cramping.
The only injury I can remember sustaining on my right arm was in high school. I played defensive tackle in high school and had an opposing player accidentially step on my right bicep when getting out of a pile up, but the pain was only mild then.
I'm unsure if it's a muscle tear or a damaged nerve and I need advice on how to help with the pain.
