sharp back pains with my period?!?

I got my period a week early ( i am on birth control)... I have had more pain than usual with significant either very dull or very sharp back pain. My period was very abnormal. Anyway my period was supposed to be done as of yesterday. Today I was still spotting (very red urine). I just had a terrible terrible back pain that made it impossible to breathe normally, because it hurt so badly. A few minutes after the pain was gone I felt blood run down my leg. I am concerned/scared. Please help!!!
