I have a 5 string bass, and im playing at church for christmas. One of the songs we are doing is pretty much all flat notes.

Looking at this fret board chart for the bass, are the notes that come before natural notes really the flat notes? For example, on the E string, would G flat really be F sharp? If not, where are all of the flat notes on the bass?
