Sharp achey pain in head...brain tumor?

Sorry, I'm a worry wart. For the past week I've had an achey pain in the back of my head on the right side about an inch in height above my right ear, but on the back of my head. It came suddenly Saturday when I woke up from a nap. I figured it was strain from the way my head was while I was sleeping. It gets better if I leave it alone, but when I shake/twitch my head it aches for a second then goes away. I take Tylenol and it goes away completely until I aggravate it again. It does feel like it's right under the skin but I'm not 100% sure. I don't have any severe vision problems or anything. My doctor looked for intracranial pressure on January 13th and found nothing. Could it possibly be a tumor though? I'm 20 years old and in otherwise good health.

Also wanted to add it doesn't hurt when I lay down so that makes me lean toward NO, but I still wanted to see. Thanks.
