It is a very sharp shooting pain in my lower abdominal, and when I go to the bathroom it is almost too much to handle. I've been constipated since the age of 10 and my stools are usually very large and very hard to pass, but i've never had this kind of pain before. I don't know what could be wrong with me... I have a doctors appointment with my gyno in a week, but that was the soonest she could get me in. What could it be? 35th week.
