Sharks game blocked out! WTF?

I live in San Jose and I understand why it is blocked out on Versus but why the heck is it blocked out on CSNBA???? I was on hold for 30 minutes with stupid Dish Network and the dumb lady said that the local channel is always blocked out if they are playing at home because they want us to go buy tickets to the game and I said well then why the heck have all other games never been blocked out on a local channel. Local channels don't get blocked out. I tried CSNBA+ but thats a stupid baseball game!

Maybe technical problems?
Idk, I have Dish too and yeah the satellite went down.
The game is being broad casted on CBC or you can watch it online at CBC.ca
