So I'd like to do it right, and I've got some idea how, but I need some info on the rigging, times, and locations. I live near Fort Launderdale and am shore shark fishing. I take a small boat out and place my bait, then fish from the shore. I'd say I dropped it about 100 yards away.
1. Good location less than 45 minutes away?
2. In the morning or at night?
3. Good bait, also, how do I rig my line? Weight or no weight. I'm currently using 80lb test line.
4. High tide right?
I know the water should be calm.
