game today was fixed? Star if you do? I'm not a Mavs fan or Spurs fan, but I think the 3rd quarter was horribly officiated. Granted, the Spurs came back with good defense, but there was several BS calls when the Mavs were just about to get their momentum back.
A phantom offensive foul at a great scoring opportunity by Dampier on McDyess. A phantom offensive foul call in Dirk nowitzki when Kidd passed him the ball. And a phantom technical against Dirk for nothing. There was against nothing seen in the replays. Momentum killers.
4th quarter officiating wasn't great either. It seems as though the NBA is not about basketball but about getting lots of viewers, no matter if it takes bad refereeing. And for that they need exciting, very tight games.
