shall i work with my bulge disc and stenosis

my mri result shows that i hav a disc bulge at L4-L5
i want to know whether i can leav a normal life or not i work as a dishwasher .is it possible to continue my job
my mri result is;

mild diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 level causing thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral neural foraminal compromise.

mild spinal canal stenosis at L4-L5 level

i dnt knw next wat to do? pls anybody give a good advice
 
What kind of dr. did you see? He really is the one who should spell out for you what you are capable of doing. He could also refer you to a pain managment clinic if you are in a lot of pain....those doctors are well versed in how to relieve pain not only with medications but with things like steroid injections and more.
