I hav been in semi-casual relationship with this guy for a year now, we are both grown up adults he's 34 i'm 28...when we met we both came out of long term relationships ( him after 9 years!)..everything was / is good for a long time, he gets in touch every day it feels like we are best friends with great sex life...
Lately he has been very attentive but then we talked many times casually about our situation and he said he is scared to go into another relationship as he gave a lot in the last one and doesn't know how he would cope with caring about someone so much again ( he broke up with his girlfriend but i know there were deep feelings for a while for her anyway)
I'm not getting any younger and am scared I will waste my time around him as much as I like him very much as a friend 2.
how can I approach this situation? I really want to talk to him about it but I'm worried how to begin
we agreed to be exclusive in bed to begin with, i can't do sharing
