Sometimes after hiking or dancing , or really any sport...my legs feel pretty weak and when I put weight on just one leg, it starts shaking uncontrollably. Like really vibrating quite violently, and it doesn't stop until I take my weight off of it. A couple of friends have also said that they have had it, but it seems to happen to me a lot. Is this because I'm not warming up my muscle properly or something?
