Hi All
On Saturday I had a bout of an upset stomach and diarrhea, probably caused by the breakfast I had that morning. I have IBS and need to be careful with what I eat to keep my symtpoms at bay.
Anyway...that only lasted Saturday and this morning I felt fine.
Well almost fine. You know how when you get a chill and you shake for a second or two. Well, I feel like that it happening inside of me in the abdominal region. Weird, right? It doesn't happen all the time, just a few times during the day. It feels like my stomach is shaking on the inside. Is that even possible?
