shaking front end

I have 06 c90 with big shots pipes. When i let off gas the front end shakes. Is this because of the big pipes and the vibraition of the pipe. Thanks for any info.....

No. It's because you ride a heavy bike with a barely adequate front suspension and something is causing a standing wave. Have you noticed any brake rotor warpage? Any grabbing? How are your tires (both front and rear)?

No fornt brake issues. tires are real good. Just over 4000 miles on tires...but you do have a good point about the front susp... i was low on air about 20 lbs today. havt test it out to see if that helped. thanks. Would a stearing stablizer help?,. Do they make one for this type of bike?

90% of vibration and handling problems are caused by too little air in the tires. Check the PSI once a week, as low PSI will destroy your tires, and the vibration will cause accelerated wear on suspension parts.

A steering stabilizer usually is not needed with a cruiser like this, but it's your money. Better fork spring from Progressive are a big improvement for about $70, as they perform better than the barely-adaquate stock ones.

sorry to hear about your wabble, but glad mine isn`t the only one doing it. mine does it at 40 down to 35 every time.don`t need a speedometer. the dealer retorqued the front end but it did not help.now they think its the tire itself. its not bad ,if you have both hands on the bars it won`t do it.lift one hand and its wabble time. so if we can kill all the bugs i won`t have to wipe my face problem fixed..i also have a ticking valve when motor gets hot anyone else have this problem.or did i get the bike from hell?

Have a 2005 C90T. It has a low speed wobble from about 40 to 35 mph. I'm a big guy, so I think I'm going to get the Progressive springs in the near future and beef up the front suspension. Also have the valve ticking when its above 93 degrees outside. Noticed it yesterday for the first time.

any luck with the valve ticking i cant seem to get anyone at the dealer that will give me an answer other than let me call suzuki and see if anyone else is having this problem....been a week and noone called me back

If you have spokes, get them checked for true. I had a problem since new, dealer said no problem. Got a tire once and the guy showed me it was wavy, and recommended Wheel Works in Garden Grove, CA. That fixed it.
