Who or what agency wold I write to regarding a shady car loan? The guy who sold me my car took total advantage of my ignorance and basically took me to the cleaners. I signed the papers so I know it's my responsibility but I do want to report him and the car dealer so someone so it can be brought to someone's attention. I live in CA.
