There is this "temporary"store that sells artwork, like celebrity portraits. They have a picture I want to buy and has been sitting there for several months. Everytime I stop in I ask the guy to lower the price but he wont do it. I'm not asking for a huge discount either. He told me I need to ask the store manager as he is the one that paints. He doesnt know the managers schedule so I asked for a phone number to the store as its not listed. He gave me the managers cell phone because that is the "store's number" but told me to only call the number once. All sales are final obviously. Do you think this is strange? Should I call and ask?
