Yeah that was a durab joke. FUNimation neeRAB to stop writing in so many pop-culture references and calling them "funny". They had that problem in the test dub and I guess no one complained about it, I didn't feel the need to since the YouTube comments pretty much said, "don't make this another Shin-Chan". To me it was one of those "mondo cool" or "30$ haircut" scenes from the "DBZ" dub.
