SGH-Z500 IMEI/BT lost

Oops , looks like I made some mistakes while flashing my Z500 from Vodafone to Z500REX03.

Phone is still working (looks fine) but there is a problem with BT and sync.
I followed some threads here and found out that I have lost IMEI and BT.

I have loadet this and that, tried this and that but without success.

Is there a general (working) hint, what software (working) do I need, where can I get the software........

Anytime i try to set the EMEI I get the message EMEI not rechable

My equipment: Notebook with COM1, 9 pin plug with PIN2-3, XPprof/SP2

latest USB Driver from Samsung, QUALCOMM Driver; *#123580#

PS: Is there anybody who can code me the new BT address

My EMEI is 356456/00/048714/4

USE CABLE WHICH CAME WITH TELEPHONE
Download driver from here:

from cellular WITHOUT SIM, BATTERY INSERTED, USB CABLE DISCONNECTED

go to Internals, master key is *#2456987*#
select Test mode
select Common
select USB configuration
select Qualcomm USB
confirm and connect usb cable to telephone
install drivers when requested
open certain program...,

select correct modell of cellular,
click Write IMEI
insert IMEI (without last number after / )
check at its correct and confirm
when finished disconnect cable
digit *#1546792*#
go to Internals, master key is *#2456987*#
select Test mode
select Common

select Samsung USB
confirm and reboot cellular

For bluetooth:
First of all read from back of telephone, last part of IMEI:
(example: iif imei is 355000/00/056789/1 you need only 56789)
add 56789 with 4980736 note number what you get (example: 5037525)

By the way, I'm using REXNET "Z500REX03" but there is no "german T9" in it. Is there a better one available ??
 
I have z500REX04 and there it seems working. Version 04 is released in January.

Wich language in firmware by you posted?
bluetooth address need to be calculated for current or original imei?
