Hi, I have had two Samsungs in my life and both of them have had the same problem; they crashed (just idle and won't respond to ANYTHING) for some reason .
Right, When I had my SGH-ZM50, it was a great 3G phone except that it only had a 65,000 colour screen. After about 3 years of owning it, I just switched it on after crarging it and it just froze after 20 seconds of it being turned on !! I didn't know what had happened to it so I took it back to T-Mobile and they did not help me at all, they just said that it was getting old and refused to repair it.
I moved to Vodafone because they are more reliable with customer concerns and I bought myself an SGH-Z140V that was a decent phone overall except that it only had a VGA (640*480) camera. I owned it for just about a year and then the same thing happened to what happened with my SGH-ZM60 !! I got a bit angry so I took it back to Vodafone, asking them to find out what was wrong with it. They said they knew what the problem was but wouldn't tell me exactly what it was and they said that they would charge
