sgh z105u phone freezed and simlocked

Please can anyone help me? I have bought this samsung sgh z105u in spain, it was unlocked for all spanish providers but: i can not put my belgian simcard in it,so i tryed something out that i saw here and now my phone is freezed please help

yes but its for the z105 model mine is newer model z105u dont think it wil work thanx annyway bro for taking time for me
