I know a young man that has been texting a younger girl, for several weeks she is in love with him, and yet they never met, and the young man has a girlfriend. the young girl has been threatening to press sexual harassment charges on him, for constant texting (which i find very unusual) is it possible to be charged? because, anyone could have lost a cell phone and could be talking to a pedophile for all the other person knows. please i would like to know if it is possible for such a thing to happen.
