Sexing and breeding Dwarf Gouramis?

hey everybody

Im very interested in breeding a pair of dwarf gouramis, i`ve been doing lots of Research and on every web site it always says i need 2 tanks. But the problem is my fish hobby is funded by myself and i do jobs to earn my money, so the thing is i can only afford 1 properly set up tank ( filter, gravel, live plants, heater ect.) so the 2nd breeding tank is out of the picture, but the one thing is i do already have a community tank that's been running for over a year, i`ve already tried to add dwarf gouramis into but i think they got too stressed and died. so i wanted to ask, if i make enough hiding places for the female after breeding would it be ok if i leave her in the tank with the male. also on the websites i`ve seen they all say i must remove the male after the fry have hatched because he could end up eating my fry ( so if i had to i could move him into my community tank, but i would prefer not to) and i know to drop the water level and up the temp and feed live foods to try and promote breeding, but what else would i need to try and get them breeding.
and also i know the way to sex them is to look at the Dorsal fim ( male is longer and pointed, and the female has a shorter and more rounded dorsal fin) also males colours are brighter, and he is smaller than the female. if anybody could put pictures for a male dwarf and female gourami.

thanks everybody for the help
